We tried one of their great sellers Fried Kuey Teow which is we called Char Kuey Teow. There’s only one words to describe about the food. Perfection. Fried Kuey Teow is one of the most epic noodle dishes in the world from the streets of Malaysia – Char Kway Teow! Big flavours, contrasting textures and the signature hint of charred smokiness. We could taste the richness of the food. Char Kuey Teow is basically flat rice noodles stir-fried with shrimp, bloody cockles, eggs, bean sprouts, and chives in a mix of soy sauce.
A great serving of Char Kuey Teow is flavored not only with the freshest ingredients, but equally important is the elusive charred aroma from stir-frying the noodles over very high heat in a well-seasoned Chinese wok. The mouthwatering aroma is the “wok hei” or breath of wok. If you’ve been to food hawker and walk on streets where there are Char Kuey Teow hawkers, you’ll know what I mean. A great Char Kuey Teow the tempting aroma fills the air and lure diners in from afar. The very thought of that smell is enough to set my stomach rumbling.
A full, heavy taste that makes people love the food more. The Fried Kuey Teow smells really good, the taste is delicious and we like it. The Kuey Teow is not overly cook. It’s perfect as it should be. I’m highly recommend. It’s so tasty. Ranking for Restoran Sin Zheng Fried Kuey Teow is 9/10. It’s too delicious for me.
As noodles lover, I have chosen to introduce their Curry Mee without much hesitation. Curry Mee or also known as Curry Laksa is a popular hawker’s dish in Malaysia. Curry Mee/Curry Laksa is a dish that’s full of flavours–slightly creamy soup infused with coconut milk, the spiciness of the chilli and fragrance of spices; never fails to satisfy my appetite to have it for breakfast or lunch. It has been too long since the last time I had Curry Mee. So, I am delighted to make this dish. Their Curry Noodle is filled with the traditional curry noodle ingredients.
The ingredients are egg noodles/vermicelli or both, fish cake, deep fried tofu (tau pok), bean sprouts, cockles, and slices of hard boiled eggs served in curry broth. The specialty is there’s an option to add “Char Siu” (Sliced Meat) So delicious and yummy! Something is missing? Yes, you are right! How could I have missed out the chili that is usually optional to add to this wonderful bowl of Curry Mee? Never is ever complete without some spice in the food! Well, I love to have a lot of ingredients in my noodles.
A good bowl of Curry Mee consists of thick and savory curry broth topped with all the essential ingredients. The broth is so thick and flavourful. Every spoon you take is robusted with aromas of coconut milk and other spices. There’s only one words to describe about the food. Perfection. This simple yet incredibly delicious dish is widely adored by those with heavy palates. We could taste the richness of the food. The taste is delicious and we like it. Ranking for Restoran Sin Zheng Curry Mee is 9/10. It’s too delicious for me. It’s perfect as it should be. I’m highly recommend.
I would recommend Restoran Sin Zheng to my friends and family if I have the opportunity to have it again. Firstly, the food is absolutely delicious where they have many types noodles depending on my taste and preferences. Second, the price margin is not much expensive and still considerable. Overall, I will give a rating of 9/10 for Restoran Sin Zheng for their absolute delicious meal. Very well recommended.
